PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Branch Chief Executive Qing ethane ethylene project has fulfilled the relevant approval and filing procedures as required, funds have been implemented, with the conditions for bidding, recently the project energy-saving evaluation of public bidding.

　　The bidding information shows that the capacity of the project's ethylene plant is 800,000 tons/year, and then a set of 400,000 tons/year HDPE plant, a set of 400,000 tons/year FDPE plant, a set of 20,000 tons/year Hexene-1 plant and supporting public works facilities will be built.
 

　　The details and capabilities of the evaluation device are as follows:

　　1 ethylene plant 800 thousand tons / year

　　2 HDPE device 400 thousand tons / year

　　3 FDPE device 400 thousand tons / year

　　4 hexene -1 20 thousand tons / year

　　5 air separation capacity of air separation air: 9000m3 (N) /h; air compressor station capacity: 16000 m3 (N) /h

　　6 recycled water 45000m3/h

　　7 boiler 1 x 130 t/h

　　8 There are 29 tanks in the 8 tank farm, with a total capacity of 11.3 * 104m3.

　　9 sewage treatment plant production sewage volume: 21m3 / h; domestic sewage volume: 8m3 / h; sewage treatment biochemical system treatment scale: 70m3 / h
 

　　10 desalting station / condensate refining station desalting water: 300 m3 / h; process condensate pretreatment device: 120 m3 / h; turbine condensate pretreatment device: 250 m3 / h

　　11 the maximum emission of torch system is 1110 t/h
