Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission announced a list of major provincial projects for 2021. This year’s list initially arranges 240 projects, including 220 implementation projects and 20 reserve projects. The annual planned investment is 553 billion yuan, an increase of 12 billion yuan from the beginning of last year.

 

　　8 petrochemical projects and 6 new material projects are involved.

　　Seven industrial projects in Lianyungang Xuwei New District were selected as provincial major projects. The selected seven projects include Lianyungang Shenghong Refining and Chemical Integration, Lianyungang Sinochem High-end Fine Chemicals, Lianyungang Satellite Petrochemical Ethylene Comprehensive Utilization, Lianyungang Silbang Propane Industrial Base, Lianyungang Jiahua Chemical's ethane (alk) oxylate, Lianyungang petrochemical industrial base safety and environmental protection emergency rescue facility, Lianyungang national petrochemical base energy security project, involving major industries, major livelihood projects, major infrastructure and other fields, the annual planned investment of 34 billion yuan.
